Having a ball, wishing his pool at home was up and running :)

Since the hospital my dad was admitted to was an hour from my parents home, we were able to stay with my Aunt and Uncle at their home in GH Michigan. We had nice evenings at their place and Riley got to swim for about 1/2 hour each evening after dinner. He LOVED it. Like a little fish who didn't give mom a chance to get situated before jumping in the water....LOL... Thanks Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Gregg for your hospitality!!!

The day started out a bit worrisome as the rain was here and the wedding was outdoors.
Let me just say that it ended up beautiful. Megan looked as georgous as ever and Seth:a handsome guy.

I'm posting a few pics from the day. All I can say is I can't believe my sweet niece is married now.. I remember when she was knee high hangin with Aunt Jennifer on base in her kiddie pool :)

We received some sad news on July 25th. My 89yo grandpa had died. He'd been sick on and off this last year and Alzheimers disease had taken his memory (not those of the war and such though). Made a trip up to MI for his funeral-very sad day. Rest in Peace Grandpa.
